This app is very good, the only draw back Id it forcing you to use Drop Box. There should be a way to at least save the file on the device so it can be store on another cloud platform.

Great app. Ive had this app for about three years now. Many great changes and updates to app since I got it. On the "BUT" side. When you enter info on the range and wipe out a brand of Ammo that you just shot with it deducts it from your Ammo section. Bad news is if you delete that Ammo out of your ammo section, it also wipes out the ammo you shot at the range and now you dont know how many bullets you shot through that Gun. And unless you buy the same ammo every time you buy ammo, you end up with multiple ammo entries that have a (0) zero quantity. There was to be a way to remove ammo with zero quantity without disturbing range info. I would still like to see the ability to sync between devices better or automatically. As it stands now, exporting data deletes all data from Dropbox then uploads the data to Dropbox, which takes forever if you like to put picture with your guns, ammo & accessories.

The app doesnt load at times plus the camera option wont load. Do not recommend this app until the bugs are fixed

I bought my first handgun about a year ago. My collection grows monthly. This app perfectly stores the info needed to keep my inventory in check. Not only can I store critical information about my firearms, I can also keep an inventory of all my ammo. Im looking forward to trying the range function too.

This app does what it advertises in categorizing and organizing data about your collection, and works extremely fluently and intuitively. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has the least bit of interest in a logbook, and definitely worth the money.

I really enjoy this app. It is very user friendly and great for keeping track of your gun collection! Keep the updates coming and maybe add a gun wishlist tab for those of us with future purchases in mind :)

I downloaded a similar app and was not satisfied so I got this one. Wish I would have found this one first. It is really easy to use and super handy at the range. My only suggestion would be to add a "total rounds fired" number to each individual firearm to keep track of the rounds through each gun over your ownership. Other than that it does everything I could possibly want it too.

Had a small burp and the developer could not be more responsive. Nicely designed with all the features I needed to do a thorough inventory. The safe door with its spinning handle (and appearance in general) are great and make the app much more appealing than a boring white page. Worth the money!

This is a great app. Please add input for firearm accessories such as scopes and holographic sighting systems. It would be nice to be able to add model numbers and serial numbers for all accessories as well.

I first bought a competitor app about a year ago but the developers of that app havent updated it in nearly two years, despite having a long list of suggested improvements from customers. In that time FirearmSafe has caught up with great features like last used/last cleaned date tracking, purchase date and seller info and total rounds fired tracking. I also like that this app is built for ammo tracking, something sorely lacking in some of the competition. I also really appreciate the ability to add custom categories. Dropbox export capability is also a good feature. My one and only complaint at the moment is that my gun entries do not automatically alphabatize by manufacturer nor can I make them sort. The good news is that this app is regularly improved and updated so I know I can look forward to a fix in a reasonable timeframe. You cant go wrong with this app.

I used to have this app when it first came out. I didnt care for the earlier versions. I just recently re-downloaded it and the improvements are great! I just spent the last two hours inputting all of my guns into the app. Im going to do an ammo count this weekend and get that in there as well. I like the ability to do all of this on my iPad and then import it to my iPhone through Dropbox.

This app is great! I use it to keep track of all my firearms, ammunition, range trips/competition shooting results, accessories, etc. Great import/export feature linked to Dropbox. The developer is quick to respond to problems and improvements.

I have just started using this App. So far it seems to be very well thought out and planned. For me its just the app I have been looking for and well worth the reasonable cost.

This app makes everything else seem archaic by comparison. Will never go back to using spreadsheets and pen and paper to record the same info again. Its convenient to be able to updated in nearly real time at the range. Interface is polished and intuitive. Fantastic!

Ive used several apps like this and discarded them all after using this one!!! Ditch the rest and use the best!!!!

I have been using this for several months and like it a lot. Very easy to use and it does everything I need done to keep record of my firearms, including range time, number of rounds down the pipe, ammo on hand, plus the normal stuff you find on firearm apps. Love that I can record info on my iPhone at the range, then get home and download that info to my iPad from Dropbox. Well thought out. And the developer is very receptive to suggestions for improvements.

As I get and use various iOS apps, I find some gems that are clean and well though out. They let you do things in an intuitive way that requires no training, docs, or support. FirearmSafe is a perfect example of this. It is very clean in design, does everything I need (which replaced a complex spreadsheet I maintained), and is extendable. The extendable part is great because you are not locked into a predefined list of types but can add your own. I really like how range visits tie to you ammunition inventory. This app has everything you need with just a single purchase. It is the best app in this category. There are great features in an easy to use inventory management system. Great tool and very well priced!!!
